JustCollabz: Account Verification & Dashboard Policies
Welcome to JustCollabz – India’s premier marketplace connecting top talents with leading brands. To maintain a secure, authentic, and high-quality environment for all our users, we have established the following Verification and Login policies.
1. General Dashboard & Login Policy
To ensure the security of your JustCollabz account and project dashboard:
Secure Authentication: All logins must be authenticated via our secure OTP (Mobile) or Email verification link system. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing OTPs or login links with third parties.
Single Account Policy: A user (whether Client or Talent) is allowed to maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
Confidentiality: Your dashboard contains sensitive project details, budgets, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard access.
Account Role Restrictions: You must select the correct role during sign-up (Hire/Client or Creator/Talent). Misrepresenting your role to access restricted dashboard features will lead to immediate account deactivation.
2. Talent / Creator Profile Verification Rules (Going Live)
To get your Creator Profile “Verified” (✅) and visible to brands for collaborations, you must meet the following quality standards:
Complete Profile Details: Your profile must have a clear display picture (Avatar), a professional bio, your correct location, and your specific talent category (Influencer, Host/Emcee, or UGC Creator).
Portfolio Minimums: A minimum of 3 high-quality portfolio items (Images or Video/Reel links) must be uploaded to showcase your past work or skills.
Social Media Authenticity: Connected social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) must be authentic. Accounts with artificially inflated engagement (fake followers/bots) will be rejected.
Rate Card Setup: You must configure at least one active service in your ‘Manage Rates’ section with a transparent and realistic pricing structure.
Manual Review: All profiles undergo a manual review by the JustCollabz Admin Team. Once approved, the verified badge is activated, and your profile goes live on the marketplace.
3. Client / Brand Account Verification (For Posting Projects)
To ensure creators are pitching to genuine opportunities, Clients must adhere to the following rules:
Authentic Project Postings: All open projects must have a clear title, description, and realistic budget. Vague or spam-like project posts will be removed.
Business Verification: Clients representing an agency or a brand may be asked to verify their official business email domain or provide basic business registration details before their first project goes live.
No Off-Platform Solicitation: Clients must use the JustCollabz dashboard to communicate and finalize deals. Sharing direct contact details in public project descriptions to bypass the platform is strictly prohibited.
4. Violation of Policies
JustCollabz reserves the right to unverify, suspend, or permanently ban any profile that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or fails to deliver on confirmed collaborations.
